Sculpted Coffee Table

This one was just for fun. I pushed myself in so many ways to not only think outside the box, but STAY outside the box. Lot’s of visualization, sketching, modeling, mocking-up, and testing.

I’ve been a fan of bonsai trees for years. I love what they represent. Patience, skill, grace, and beauty.

It wasn’t until I was updating this page that I noticed the similarities between a bonsai and this coffee table.

I had no idea of this similarity at the time, but it seems like my creative energy knew what I was going for even if I didn’t.
